1. Return and exchange policy
At Evita Living, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If something isn't right, we're here to help. As all sales are final, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not available once an order has been delivered. If you encounter any issues with your appliance within 7 days of delivery, please reach out to us and provide photos or videos. We will work closely with you to provide a timely and appropriate solution.

2. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assist you in arranging a replacement or repair, depending on the issue. 

3. Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges
To be eligible for returns or exchanges, original packaging, accessories, manuals and proof of purchase must be included (except in the event the product is defective)
