Warranty terms and conditions

These Warranty Terms and Conditions apply to products for the period stated in the table below. The warranty period will commence upon receiving your product.

Water Purifier Dispenser	1 year against manufacturing defects only
Kitchen Sinks	5 years against manufacturing defects only

These Warranty Terms and Conditions (“Warranty”) apply to eligible products sold under the Evita Living brand in Singapore by [Insert Legal Business Name] (“Evita Living”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By purchasing an eligible Evita Living product (“Product”), you (“Customer” or “you”) acknowledge these Warranty terms, subject to your rights under applicable Singapore law.

1. Warranty Coverage

1.1 Evita Living warrants that eligible Products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal domestic use during the applicable warranty period.

1.2 This warranty covers manufacturing defects identified and accepted by Evita Living. Depending on the Product and the nature of the defect, the remedy may include repair, replacement of defective parts or replacement of the Product, subject to the applicable warranty terms and Singapore law.

1.3 The warranty covers only the components, parts and services expressly specified for the relevant Product. Labour, transportation, installation, dismantling and reinstallation charges are covered only where expressly stated in the applicable warranty documentation.

1.4 Warranty periods and coverage conditions vary by Product category and model. The applicable warranty period will be stated on the Product listing, invoice, warranty card or other written warranty documentation provided at the time of purchase.

2. Warranty Eligibility and Proof of Purchase

2.1 This warranty applies only to new, eligible Evita Living Products purchased directly from Evita Living or through an authorised Evita Living dealer, retailer, distributor or sales channel in Singapore.

2.2 Products purchased from unauthorised sellers, third-party resellers, parallel importers or other sources not authorised by Evita Living are not covered under this warranty, unless expressly confirmed in writing by Evita Living.

2.3 Customers must provide valid proof of purchase, such as an official receipt, tax invoice or order confirmation, to verify the purchase date, Product model and eligibility for warranty coverage.

2.4 Evita Living reserves the right to verify the seller’s authorisation status and the authenticity of the proof of purchase before approving a warranty claim.

2.5 Products purchased only through Evita Living’s official website, official online stores, authorised stores or authorised physical dealers are eligible for warranty coverage, provided all applicable warranty requirements are met.

2.6 This warranty eligibility policy does not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that consumers may have under applicable Singapore law against the relevant seller or any other responsible party.

3. General Provisions

3.1 Evita Living reserves the right to verify the authenticity of a Product, proof of purchase and warranty claim before approving warranty service.

3.2 Any amendment, extension or special arrangement relating to a Product warranty must be confirmed in writing by Evita Living.

3.3 If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

3.4 These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any dispute will be dealt with by the competent courts of Singapore, subject to applicable law.

3.5 Evita Living may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will not retrospectively reduce the applicable written warranty coverage for Products already purchased, subject to applicable law.
