I took up the $80 3D2N trial. While I appreciated the option to trial the product before committing to a purchase, ultimately I decided against it. The portable air conditioner certainly delivered on its promise of extreme cooling power, but unfortunately, the noise level was a significant drawback. At 53db measured from just 50cm away, it proved to be quite distracting, especially during the night.
Additionally, the temperature control feature, while effective, is basically just a thermostat for ambient temperature cut off... Despite setting it to a comfortable 26°C, the unit would often cycle on and off, as it functions as a thermostat. This resulted in disruptive moments during sleep, particularly for myself and my baby who were sleeping right beside the unit. The only option is to keep it at 20c and below, but that will result in the room to be uncomfortably cold. While the product itself performs admirably, it became apparent that its noise level and cycling behavior were not suitable for our needs.
However, I MUST commend the brand for their excellent service and the functionality of the product itself. Despite the issues encountered, I would still rate both the brand and the product with 5 stars. They did not try to hard-sell at all, and despite us returning the products, they even help us source for other alternatives from other brands and shops that can fit our needs better. I am really impressed.

As a loyal supporter of local brands, I've come to expect a certain level of quality from products like those from Prism, Sterra, and Europace. However, Evita surpasses even those expectations.
Right out of the box, I was struck by the premium feel of the product. Unlike some other brands that may feel like generic OEM copies, Evita's air conditioner exudes quality. From the smooth matte finish of the top panel to the touch-based buttons, every aspect of the design feels refined and well-executed.
As someone who values perfection and pays attention to detail, I was on the lookout for any flaws or imperfections. However, to my surprise, I couldn't find a single one. The product seems meticulously crafted, with no scratches, dents, or discoloration to be found.
In terms of performance, the Evita air conditioner truly shines. It operates with remarkable stability, without the annoying vibrations and shaking that plagued my previous Europace unit. Even the hose, though thinner than expected, proved to be flexible and easily adjustable, adding to the overall user experience.
Overall, my experience with the Evita portable air conditioner has been nothing short of excellent. From its impeccable build quality to its reliable performance, it's clear that Evita is a brand that takes pride in delivering top-notch products to its customers. I'm impressed and satisfied, and I'll be keeping an eye out for more offerings from Evita in the future.

Tested the Evita portable aircon and it seems to work well with the Smart Home app. This Evita model is also way colder than any other brands i have used for our event venues as feedback by our clients.
