Kax was excellent from answering queries on the item prior to purchase and even after sales was good too, definitely recommend me a great product the Evita EPAC 312W was performing as promised even at 24°c it was already very cold, compressor was not as loud as my previous units. You should definitely not fret when it comes to purchasing from them.
Tested the aircon for 2 nights, seems to be much colder than its competitors such as Europace and Midea.
